Acceptance

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ExploreVox Treasure Academy responsibly, safely, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In particular:

  1. Follow local laws, safety guidance, and obtain permissions/permits for all hunts, excursions, and field activities.
  2. Do not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share course materials (including videos, worksheets, and templates) without written consent.
  3. Respect cultural heritage sites, protected areas, and private property. Do not trespass, damage, or remove artifacts unlawfully.
  4. Do not attempt to interfere with platform security, rate-limit protections, or account access controls.
  5. Do not upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms or used the services in a manner that could cause harm to others, our platform, or our community.

Payments & Refunds

Course fees (if applicable) are due at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified on the checkout page, we offer a 7-day refund window for self-paced digital courses provided that less than 20% of the course has been completed (measured by lesson progress and/or content access).

Refund eligibility

  • Requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Less than 20% completion
  • Applies to self-paced courses

Non-refundable

  • Requests outside the 7-day window
  • More than 20% completion
  • Custom services or coaching sessions already delivered

To request a refund, contact support and include your purchase email, course name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
